Don O'Reilly

Don O’ Reilly is from Kanturk in Co Cork. Don is the youngest of 4 children and has been involved in Special Olympics for many years.

Don loves playing football with Cope Mallow and has won 2 Division 1 Munster League medals.

He participated in the 2003 World Summer Games in Dublin and won a gold medal.

He participated in the Ireland National Games in Belfast in June 2006 with the Munster team and was consequently picked to represent Ireland in 5 a-side football for the World Summer Games in China in October 2007.

Don has been busy training in his club and also travelling to Dublin to train with the rest of his team. He is excited about the prospect of travelling to China and meeting other athletes from around the world.
