Eddie Hyland

Eddie Hyland is from Dublin and will be travelling to China in October 2007 to represent Ireland in the 2007 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Shanghai.

Eddie was picked for Team Ireland after he participated in the Ireland Games in Belfast in June of 2006.

Eddie’s nick name is Steady Eddie as he is a consistently steady player and team mate in his sport – Football. He will be playing in the men’s 5 a-side team. The team have been coming together monthly in Dublin to train together and get to know each other and their coaches before they start their exciting trip to China.
